The Butcher is a Legendary Hyperion shotgun from the base game that trades per-shot damage and pellet count for extreme burst fire. Its mediocre accuracy and small magazine make it a hit-and-run weapon, and the very high ammo consumption rewards ammo-regeneration skills. It can spawn with any elemental accessory except fire.
