The Cobra is a Legendary Torgue sniper rifle from the base game that always comes with an explosive elemental accessory, giving it unusually large explosions. You can use it like a traditional sniper for critical hits where the explosion finishes the job, or fire into tightly packed groups from a safe distance to maximise splash damage. Its fire rate is reduced compared with typical snipers.
