Some Good variants previously applied the wrong effect, increasing reload time instead of reducing it. Neutral variants can offset the Smaller, Lighter, Faster magazine penalty on single-round weapons (eg Infinity). The mag size bonus starts at 13%, which is higher than the perk's maximum 4% penalty while the mod is equipped. The item card may show incorrect fire rate, reload speed, and accuracy values.
