A Maliwan transfusion grenade that homes in on a single enemy, latches on, and deals steady elemental damage until the fuse ends in an explosion. It is built for deleting one target rather than clearing a crowd, and the attached drain gives it a strong support angle during tougher fights.

Hyperius the Invincible can drop it. Its name alludes to the "kiss of death," a fatal or betraying kiss that marks someone for execution.

A pre-1.07 bug in The Pre-Sequel let Moxxi's Toy Box be reopened after it vanished by entering Concordia from Triton Flats, which made repeated farming of Kiss of Death and other items possible there.
