Transfusion Grenade

A Maliwan transfusion grenade that splits into several smaller seekers which slowly home in on nearby enemies before exploding. If a child grenade fails to acquire a target, it fizzles out after a short delay. Any damage it deals can trigger transfusion, returning part of that damage as healing for you and nearby allies. It works well both against lone tough enemies, where all the seekers converge, and against groups, and it can be thrown pre-emptively to help set up a Second Wind.

This is the only Maliwan-made gear that uses explosive elemental technology. It also produces a small initial blast when it releases its child grenades, which can hurt both enemies and the thrower.
