It is especially strong with weapons or builds that chain kills quickly, and it pairs well with skills that trade health for power, though the reduced Fight For Your Life duration can make solo recoveries more difficult.

It works especially well with wide-area explosive weapons for quick kill chains and easier recovery. It can offset Gaige's Blood Soaked Shields health drain on kill, though heavy incoming damage, especially while slagged, can still outpace the healing. It also plays well with Zer0's Resurgence and other kill-chaining setups.

The Fight For Your Life penalty competes directly with relics that extend that timer, but the faster ally revive can be valuable in co-op.
