Shadow of the Seraphs

A Seraph relic that grants a Tw0 Fang-style chance to fire an extra shot with each trigger pull. The extra round behaves like a normal shot, using ammo and producing recoil, which makes the relic especially strong on slow, high-damage weapons where a duplicate shot is most valuable.

It follows the same rules and limitations as Tw0 Fang, including not triggering on weapons with an effective fire rate of 10.0 or higher.

It works with rocket launchers, where it can empty most or all of a small magazine in one trigger pull for huge burst damage. It also becomes stronger when combined with Zer0's Tw0 Fang. While Salvador is Gunzerking, the off-hand weapon does not benefit from the extra-shot chance.
