Strength Relic

A basic Eridian relic that boosts melee damage. Some versions also improve the recharge rate of melee override skills, making it a simple offensive relic for close-range builds.

root@hyperion-db:~$ cat notes.txt

Melee damage can rise to 37.8%, and the melee override cooldown bonus can reach 30.0%.

That cooldown bonus only affects melee override skills with an actual timer: Maya's Scorn, Salvador's Fistful of Hurt, and Krieg's Hellfire Halitosis. It does not affect Zer0's Execute or Gaige's With Claws, since neither has a cooldown.
