Adaptive Shield

Anshin adaptive shields boost maximum health and shift their elemental resistance to match the last elemental hit you took. They work best in fights with mixed elemental damage, as long as the shield stays up long enough for the resistance swap to matter.

They only resist one element at a time. Their value drops against heavy burst damage or rapid elemental switching, since the resistance keeps changing to match the last hit.
