An Anshin Seraph adaptive shield that favors durability over raw shield strength. It boosts maximum health and provides health regeneration that ramps up as you take damage, which makes it especially good in prolonged fights where the shield can stay active.

That regeneration only works while the shield has charge. Like other adaptive shields, it also gains resistance to the most recent elemental damage type and loses that resistance when the shield is fully depleted.

It is not available from the Oasis Seraph vendor in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, so it must be bought in Normal or True Vault Hunter Mode.

Its ramping regeneration works best for builds that stay under steady pressure, but it loses value if the shield is often stripped completely. Compared with a similar Neogenator, it usually has about 55% more capacity, but around 37.5% slower recharge rate and roughly 23% longer recharge delay. The elemental resistance, maximum-health bonus, and regeneration bonuses are otherwise the same.
