A legendary Pangolin turtle shield with massive capacity at the cost of maximum health. While it has any charge left, it heavily slows your movement, but once it is fully depleted it grants a large speed boost and increased jump distance.

Very large capacity boosts can run into a hidden cap. It can roll a Torgue capacitor for explosive resistance, but it cannot roll elemental immunity.

At very high levels it can reduce maximum health to 1, which lets chip damage bypass health-gate and send you straight into Fight For Your Life. It is strong on Gaige thanks to its huge capacity and frequent shield restores, and Sharing is Caring can pass that capacity to Deathtrap. Negative-capacity setups can preserve the speed bonus, but effects that require true zero charge do not persist while the shield sits below zero. The red text references The Tortoise and the Hare.
