A Bandit roid shield built around melee damage rather than survivability. Its capacity is usually low for its level, but the roid bonus is strong enough to make it worthwhile on aggressive melee builds.

On its own it behaves much like a standard maylay shield. Its real draw appears when paired with the Law pistol, which adds melee lifesteal and greatly improves the staying power of close-range setups.

It can roll a Maliwan capacitor, potentially granting immunity to a single element such as fire, shock, or corrosive. It cannot spawn with Bandit or Torgue shield parts.

Despite the Bandit branding, it uses a Hyperion amp-shield body with a Bandit-style skin. Its name, flavor text, and synergy with Law reference the TV series Law & Order.
