A unique Hyperion SMG with unusually high damage and a larger magazine than usual, balanced by one of the game's harshest drawbacks. While equipped, it severely cuts your movement speed and constantly blares voice lines, so it works best from cover, against slow targets, from a vehicle seat, or as a heavy-hitting emergency weapon for securing Second Wind.

Its chatter may still be audible even at low game volume. Aim and turn speed are not reduced along with movement. A bug can cause its voice lines to carry over to other guns after swapping; changing areas, entering a vehicle, or restarting the session usually fixes it. It always rolls with an elemental capacitor.
