A rare Jakobs sniper rifle that fires explosive rounds instead of standard bullets. It keeps strong critical-hit damage for precision shots while adding heavy splash that can catch nearby enemies, making it excellent for pick-offs that also punish clustered targets.

It was long known for an extremely low drop rate, which was later improved by a patch. Its projectiles deal explosive gun damage, so general gun-damage bonuses apply, while grenade-only boosts usually do not. The splash component can still interact with effects that amplify damage taken and other splash-related modifiers.
