A rare Hyperion pistol with three radically different barrel variants, each behaving almost like a different weapon. One fires slow, shotgun-like pellets, one fires a round that shatters into extra projectiles on impact or after a ricochet, and one fires arcing ricochet shots with a massive hidden critical-hit bonus. Its weapon card is famously misleading, so the real value of a Fibber depends heavily on which barrel it rolled.
