A rare Hyperion sniper rifle built around an extreme zoom scope and a hidden scoped critical-hit bonus. It is awkward up close, but at very long range it rewards careful shots with much stronger critical damage than the weapon card suggests.

During the $100,000 Loot Hunt, Day 5 asked players to farm Wilhelm for this weapon. A hotfix released on October 16, 2013 slightly improved its accuracy and increased the scoped critical-hit bonus before those changes were rolled into a later permanent update.
