A rare Maliwan launcher whose main rocket does almost nothing on the way out, then rises and releases a swarm of homing child rockets once it stops. That delayed behavior makes it very different from a normal launcher, but extremely effective against groups or large armored targets when you place the parent rocket correctly.

It works best against groups of armored targets. Aim at floors or ceilings rather than walls, because the child rockets launch horizontally and will often collide immediately if the parent sticks to a vertical surface.
