A legendary Dahl pistol locked to corrosive damage, firing burst rounds that explode on impact. That gives it excellent early and midgame performance against armored targets, especially for a weapon you can obtain so early.

Knuckle Dragger can drop it extremely early, allowing a very low-level Hornet. Its impact explosion adds extra splash damage that counts as grenade damage, so grenade-damage skills can increase its real output significantly.
