An E-tech Hyperion sniper rifle that consumes two rounds per shot and fires projectiles that bounce once off terrain before passing through enemies. Like other Hyperion guns, it grows steadier the longer you keep firing, but its E-tech critical-hit scaling is much weaker than that of a normal sniper rifle, which limits its payoff on crits.
