Launcher (E-tech)

An E-tech launcher that spends 2 rockets per shot to fire a slow drifting plasma sphere. The projectile ignores gravity, detonates over a huge area, and leaves targets caught in volatile plasma, making it better for crowd control and area denial than direct-impact sniping. Reloading throws the launcher as an explosive, though that blast does not scale with the remaining ammo the way most Tediore-style reloads do.
