An E-tech sniper with such an extreme fire rate that it behaves more like a frantic assault rifle than a traditional long-range weapon. Its shots ricochet off both surfaces and targets, which lets it do odd but effective work by bouncing rounds up from the floor into grounded enemies. It is better treated as an elemental bullet hose than a crit-focused sniper.

Its very high elemental effect chance makes it especially strong for elemental play, particularly on Gaige and Maya. Gaige can get good results in Ordered Chaos thanks to the high fire rate, decent accuracy, small magazine, and solid damage, while Little Big Trouble pairs especially well with a Shock version. Like other E-tech guns, it has reduced critical-hit damage, so crit-focused sniping is inefficient compared with leaning into elemental damage.
