A Maliwan launcher that fires three drifting plasma rockets and blankets a huge area in elemental damage. Each impact leaves behind a plasma field that can damage through cover, making it one of the best panic tools in the game for crowd control and Second Winds. The downside is brutal ammo consumption and an extreme risk of self-damage if you fire too close.

If all three projectiles connect, its per-shot damage can exceed weapons such as the Nukem and Tunguska. It is strongest at close to medium range, since projectile drift limits long-range use. Projectile speed and accuracy bonuses improve consistency and reach. A hotfix also improved reload speed and elemental effect chance for Maliwan launchers, including this one.
