A Torgue launcher that lobs a slow, high-arc rocket into an enormous explosion. It only comes in explosive form and benefits from grenade damage bonuses, making it an excellent panic weapon for Second Winds and heavy burst damage. Its range is short and the self-damage risk is severe, but the arc also lets it drop shots over cover when used carefully.

A projectile-speed part greatly extends its range, but makes it harder to drop shots over walls using the arc. Extra projectile speed from parts or skills such as Maya's Accelerate and Zer0's Vel0city helps a lot outside point-blank fights, and a Maliwan exhaust improves long-range usability further.
