A Hyperion sniper rifle that rewards patience more than snap shooting. Its aim starts loose and tightens the longer you stay scoped, making it weak for hip fire and quick-scoping but very steady and accurate once you settle into a firing lane. The Jakobs barrel pushes it further in that direction by trading some fire rate for better damage and cleaner accuracy.

In The Pre-Sequel, Policy variants often appear with Hyperion's newer materials and the same prefix set used here. A related Hyperion sniper, the Outlay, also exists there and uses the older Hyperion style. Random world drop from suitable loot sources.
