Slow Hand

A Hyperion E-tech shotgun that fires a slow elemental glob and heals you through a Moxxi life-steal effect while it is held. Its strong splash damage and very high status chance make it excellent for healing through clustered enemies, but that same splash is dangerous if you fire too close. Because the life steal applies to all damage dealt while it is equipped, it is valuable well beyond its direct gun damage.

As a Moxxi E-tech weapon, it always spawns with an element. It can roll the Practicable prefix, adding 2 extra projectiles, and each projectile benefits from amp shield bonuses. A Shock version pairs especially well with the Transformer, rapidly refilling shields while sacrificing some health through the usual Moxxi healing behavior.
