Each rocket hits for heavy splash damage and then creates lingering energy spheres around the blast, giving it strong crowd control as well as burst. Its combination of efficiency and area damage makes it one of the most practical E-tech launchers in the game.

Pairing it with the Sham can enable near-endless rockets. To make that work, stand within range of the energy spheres so absorbed shots count, including the free fractional rockets. If the absorption works properly, the spheres will not hurt you, but the initial rocket explosion can still kill you at close range because the Sham has low capacity.
