A Torgue pistol that starts as a tight shot and then blossoms into a wide horizontal spread, giving it outrageous burst damage at close to medium range. Once the split begins, multiple projectiles can connect at once, which is why it remains one of the most infamous pistols in the game. It is raw explosive overkill packaged as a sidearm.

Split distance scales with accuracy, so higher accuracy delays the spread. Double Penetrating versions fire two parallel bursts and use 6 ammo per trigger pull. The spawned projectiles are not listed on the item card, and each can receive full amp damage. Projectile speed boosts push the split farther out, hurting point-blank performance but improving longer-range consistency.
