A Maliwan sniper rifle that behaves like a conventional long-range weapon until the shot lands and erupts into a fire blast. That impact explosion lets it punish clustered enemies and spread burning beyond the original target, giving it far more crowd pressure than most sniper rifles. It sacrifices some base damage and elemental chance for that larger splash component, but the explosive fire burst is the whole point of the weapon.

The impact fire cloud deals 80% of the listed weapon damage and is treated as grenade damage for skill bonuses. The incendiary damage-over-time effect can rarely bug out and tick for only 1 damage.
